PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at the hour of 12:00 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment as follows: 1. The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider a zoning change request by Brett Cisco for the properties located on the east side of block 92. This block goes from State street to 100 East, and 400 North to 500 North. It is being proposed to have the entire block zoned Modified Commercial. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, Sept 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Chambers at 115 West Main St, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals in need of assistance should contact Natalie Crosby at (435) 462-2456 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
