Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 16 September 2025, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.gov). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items: Ordinance 2025-25 / General Plan Amendment (Michelle MacDonnell, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - Approximately 45 minutes) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2025-25 amending the Midway City General Plan to remove certain future roads and trails. Recommended for approval without conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. The Farm at Wilson Lane Subdivision / Plat Map Amendment (Erik and Erika Lundquist and Mark Fletcher - Approximately 30 minutes) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve a plat map amendment for The Farm at Wilson Lane Subdivision located at Canyon View Road and Wilson Court (Zoning is RA-1-43). Julian Subdivision / Plat Map Amendment (Jeff Findarle - Approximately 30 minutes) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve a plat map amendment for the Julian Subdivision located at 145 North Center Street (Zoning is R-1-7). Ordinance 2025-08 / Analysis and Impact Fees (Wes Johnson, City Engineer - Approximately 30 minutes) - Receive a presentation on an updated impact fees analysis and discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2025-08 updating the impact fees for Midway City. Resolution 2025-27 / FY 2026 Budget Amendment (Wes Johnson, City Engineer - Approximately 10 minutes) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve Resolution 2025-27 amending the FY 2026 Budget to add the replacement of a section of Bigler Lane. Information regarding the above items may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at https://www.midwaycityut.gov/the-latest/calendar/ the Friday before the meeting.
