AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE
I, Tracy Hansen, the duly appointed City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its August 26, 2025, meeting adopted the following:
ORDINANCE 2025 - 27: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE OGDEN MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE 10 TO REVISE PROVISIONS TO THE OGDEN CITY MOTOR VEHICLE STATUTES; TO MAKE TECHNICAL CHANGES; TO APPROPRIATELY REVISE THE INDEX; AND BY PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING AFTER FINAL PASSAGE.
Copies of ordinances are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210, Ogden, Utah during regular business hours.
