Public Hearing Notice for a Partial Road Vacation of 450 East Road
Brian Head Town has received an application for a partial road vacation of four hundred feet (400') of 450 East Road to be vacated and amending the Cedar Breaks Mountain Estates, Unit A Subdivision final plat. This Public Hearing Notice is in accordance with Utah State Code ยง10-9a-2-207(2).
The Town Council will hold a public hearing will be held during their regular meeting on September 23, 2025, scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm (MST) or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, Council Chambers located at 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719.
Comments are limited to three minutes, and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than September 22, 2025 by 5:00PM.
Details of the proposed road vacation are available at the Town offices during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
