of the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District
NOTICE is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District Board of Trustees will meet in a special meeting at the anchor location of Room 133 of the Richins Building 1885 Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

1. Call to order and roll call.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Public comments on items not on the agenda.
4. Closed session to discuss possible real estate acquisition.
5. Discussion of progress (and authorization, if needed) with the following possible hires:
A. Business Plan Consultant--discussion leader: Dan Whitehurst (exhibit 2)
B. Administrative Assistant-discussion leader: Will Seggos
C. Recruitment of CPA and/or bookkeeper.
6. Schedule budget public hearing for December. Creation of budget sub-committee.
7. Establish agenda for October 1, 2025, meeting: (OPMA training, etc.)
