APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES from the meeting of November 25, 2024.
PUBLIC MEETING The following item is scheduled for a public meeting before the Land Use Appeal Board. The normal order of the meeting is for the Chairman to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report and the action or decision being appealed to the Board. The Petitioner/Appellant can make a presentation to the Board. The proponent of the project, if different from the appellant, can make their presentation to the Board. This is not a public hearing, and no public comments will be taken by the Land Use Appeal Board. The Board will deliberate and make their decision.
LUAB 25-001 Appeal of a Decision Dated 07/22/25 Logan City Land Use Appeal Board (LUAB) has received an appeal of a decision by Logan City granting Finding Hope LLC a Reasonable Accommodation Request to operate a 12-bed residential facility for persons with disabilities and waive the Conditional Use Permit process for a property located at 1257 Eastridge Drive in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) Zone; TIN 07-162-0011 (Wilson Neighborhood).
