CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA September 3, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve August Meeting Minutes Public Comments: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Annette Jensen wants to do a business of individual motel units on her main street property. She will need zoning clearance and a business license. Work Meeting: 2. Discussion/development/approval/denial of developing ordinances for individual motel units and recreational vehicle courts to give clarity and specifics in the Town ordinances. 3. Adjourn Meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on October 1, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W.
