- RESOLUTION 25-4 RESOLUTION TO CANCEL AN ELECTION WOLF CREEK WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, The Board of Trustee (the 'Board') of the Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District intended to hold an election for two board of trustee seats in November 2025, and WHEREAS, the number of candidates, that filed a Declaration of Candidacy, did not exceed the number of open at-large positions, and THEREFORE, the Board of Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District would like to cancel the election in November 2025, in accordance with Utah Code 20A-9-601(1)(A); now THEREFORE be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Wolf Creek Water and Sewer Improvement District as follows: This Resolution will certify that the two seats for election will be filled by Henry Huchel, Pam Young. Friday, August 29, 2025, by the following vote: MIRANDA MENZIES Aye JON BINGHAM Aye DON STEFANIK Aye HENRY (BUD) HUCHELAye PAM YOUNG Aye Annette Ames _________________________________________ Wolf Creek Water & Sewer Imp District Controller
