Application for rezone of property owned by JDCO (parcels #20-4319 and 20-4320)
Notice is hereby given that the Daniel Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 7:00 PM to hear public comment regarding an application to rezone the above parcels to make both of them an Industrial zone. A second public hearing will be held at the Daniel Town Council meeting on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM for the same issue. The rezoning request is being made by JDCO LLC, the owner of the property located at 2530 S Daniels Rd. Regulations and permitted uses in the Industrial Zone are addressed by Daniel Municipal Code Chapter 8.13, which can be accessed on the Daniel Town website, danielutah.gov.
The above meeting will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 S 500 E Conference Room B, Heber City, UT, as part of the regularly scheduled monthly Daniel Planning Commission meeting. It is an open meeting in which you may voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. Notice of this public hearing is also posted on the Daniel Town website, danielutah.gov.
This notice has also been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested.
