- TOWN OF MANILA PUBLIC NOTICES WATER CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manila Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on September 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Town of Manila Senior/Community Center located at 165 W. Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. The purpose of the Hearing is to receive public comments regarding the Water Conservation Plan and Management Plan Update. A copy of the proposed Plan is available for public review during business hours at the office of the Town Clerk. Public comment for these items may be submitted via email to jennifera@manilautah.com. All comments submitted by Noon on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Town Council. JUNE 2024 ORDINANCE BOOK UPDATE: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manila Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on September 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Town of Manila Senior/Community Center located at 165 W. Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. The purpose of the Hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed changes to the Town's June 2024 Ordinance Book updates. A copy of the proposed changes is available for public review during the business hours at the office of the Deputy Clerk. Public comment for these items may be submitted via email to jennifera@manilautah.com. All comments submitted by Noon on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Town Council.
