- PUBLIC NOTICE Invitation to Bid City of South Salt Lake: 900 West Parking Lot Construction The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids from qualified contractors to construct a city facility at 3291 S 900 West. The scope of work includes grading, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt, stormwater detention and overhead lighting. No pre-bid conference will be held. The project must be substantially complete by November 15, 2025. Selected contractor will be required to meet all contracting and insurance requirements in the Sample Agreement provided in the Project Manual. Proposals will be accepted until September 12, 2025 at 3:00pm MST. Bids may be submitted in person to the City Recorders office at South Salt Lake City Hall (220 E Morris Ave.), or by email at aandrus@sslc.gov, or accepted via direct submission to the Utah Public Procurement Portal (UP3). No late proposals will be accepted, and proposers are responsible for verifying timely receipt of their submission.
