CONSENT AGENDA Note: Any request by a board member to move a topic off the consent agenda and onto the action agenda must be received by the president, vice president, and superintendent at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled board meeting and must include an explanation of the board member's concerns with the consent item(s). Advance notice of the specific concern(s) will allow the superintendent, or superintendent's designee, to be prepared to fully discuss those concerns at the board meeting. 1. Fifteen minutes total have been scheduled for persons requesting to speak. Three minutes will be allotted for each speaker. If we receive more requests than the allotted time permits, those requests may be scheduled for the next board meeting.
