PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Commissioner Froerer D. Commissioner Comments- (Stall of Fame) E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $24,617.97. 2. Request for approval of warrants #105844-105894 and #492693-492775 in the amount of $3,363,889.17. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of an amendment to a contract by and between Weber County and Bushell & Widdison, PLLC for an adjustment to the lease term. 6. Request for approval of a change order on a contract by and between Weber County and Asphalt Construction & Excavating Company for the Fairways/4100 N. road extension project. 7. Request for approval of a Letter of Concurrence and Local Match Agreement by and between Weber County and Wasatch Front Regional Council to hire a consultant using a grant to inspect and analyze the 2550 South corridor to provide safety recommendations. 8. Request for approval of a Guaranty Agreement by and between Weber County and Rocky Mountain Power allowing the Friends of the Weber-Morgan Children's Justice Center Board to split out their power account from the County's at the building they own which used to be occupied by the CJC. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of the final reading of an ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County updating the Weber County Code of Ordinances to reflect the recent adoption of an increase to the Transient Room Tax Rate. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Asphalt Construction & Excavating Company for construction of a pathway along the Fairways Drive Road Project. Presenter: Ashley Thoman 3. Request to approve contract with DekkoSecure and Weber County to provide document sharing services for the Weber County Attorney's Office. Presenter: Chris Crockett and/or Jamie Pitt 4. Discussion and/or action on a rezone ordinance and development agreement for the proposed Westbridge Meadows development, a master planned community that will rezone approximately 1400 acres of property located within the area south of the Union Pacific Railroad between the Weber River and 7500 West. The zone(s) being proposed include a Master Planned Development Overlay Zone (MPDOZ), and a variety of Single-Family Dwelling (R1), Two-Family Dwelling (R2), and Multi-Family Dwelling (R3) zones, as well as the Form-Based Zone (FB (mixed uses)) and the Open Space O-1 Zone.
