The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.

4. Request for Home Occupation tutoring business at approximately 1226 North 3575 West (R-1)/ Sandy Turley Tutoring/ Sandra Turley.
5. Request for Home Occupation nail salon at approximately 1398 West 1525 South (R-2-2)/ Angie Nail/ Ngoc NgoThimy.
6. Request for Variance to not install a fence surrounding a pool at approximately 2409 West Arroyo Road/ Brenton Cheney.
7. Request for Variance for an off-site sign at approximately 1065 South Main Street/ GLC Properties/ Grant Carter.
8. Request for Administrative Appeal of staff decision requiring public improvements at approximately 1695 West 200 North/ A+ Student Suites/ Justin W. Wayment.
