Description/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. In the following order: 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Ty Parkinson for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Klean Trucks' a truck selling business out of his home located at 10 North 900 East. Tax Id. #10-072-0007. 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval 2 final permits for the Bridal Path Estates Subdivision consisting of 29 lots total, located at approximately 7625 South Highway 89/91. Permits for review are as follows; A) Final Design Review. B) Final Plan for Recreational Planned Development (RPD) 3) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 5 Public Safety, Chapter 2 Animal Control, Article C Dog Licensing and Regulation, Section 1 Definitions. Limiting the number of dogs to 3 per household. 4) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 5 Public Safety, Chapter 2 Animal Control, Adding Article E 'Horse Limit'. Limiting the number of horses per parcel. 5) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 11, Chapter 5 Requirements for Improvements, Reservation and Design, Adding Section 13 'Subdivision of Land for Public and Municipal Utility.
