EAGLE MOUNTAIN SENIOR CITIZEN ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 2, 2025, 10:00AM EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1650 E STAGECOACH RUN, EAGLE MOUNTAIN, UT 84005 1. Called to order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance 4. September Activities a. Senior council meeting September 2 at 10 AM at senior center b. Lunch bunch September 4th restaurant to be determined c. Sept 8 at 10 AM Service project -Wyatts bundles d. Lunches served September 3,10,11,17,18,24, and 25, e. Exercise class - September 11,18,25 f. Bingo - September 15 Joye will do refreshments g. September 22 - Todd Black with Eagle Mountain Wildlife, will furnish Pizza h. Wednesday and Thursday painting, puzzle sand quilts as usual 5. October Activities a. October 1,8,9,15,16,22,23,29,30 Lunches will be served b. October 2 Lunch bunch, restaurant to be determined c. October 21 Bingo refreshments? d. October 28 Possible Meet the Candidates Night for school board candidates e. Wednesday and Thursday painting, puzzle, and quilts as usual 6. Upcoming events a. Refreshments at one of our activity nights furnished by seniors, plan a meal so that everybody can bring something purchased at the store or local café. A planned potluck with store bought items, on our 4th Monday Activity night. Light refreshments such as finger foods, veggie tray, meat and cheese tray. b. We can make hamburger sandwiches at one of our activities, Tyson left us with quite a bit of frozen patties. c. Planning for Turkey boxes to be delivered on November 24th (Need items to be donated) d. Election day is November 4, 2025. Make sure you vote e. Possible craft class for October or November f. Table Décor for October ghosts. Who will be making these? Next council Meeting will be November 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda notice was posted on this the 1st day of February 2024, on the Eagle Mountain City bulletin boards, the Eagle Mountain City website www.emcity.org posted to the Utah State Public Notice website http://www.utah.gov/p26mn/index.html and was emailed to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the jurisdiction of the public body.
