Description/Agenda: The Summit County Council, acting in its capacity as the Governing Board of the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District, hereby announces one vacancy available on the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District Administrative Control Board. A qualified elector of Mountain Regional Water Special Service District is defined as follows: 1) shall be a United States Citizen 2) shall be a primary resident of Mountain Regional Water Special Service District; and 3) shall be a registered voter in Summit County. The Board meets at least once a month on the second Thursday evening, at 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to Code, a vacancy is published when a current member's term expires. If eligible, the member can reapply. The term expired member is eligible to reapply.
