Description/Agenda: Invitation to Bid Huntington City is requesting bids from a rodeo contractor for a 4-year term starting June 26 & 27, 2026. Continuing through June of 2029 for the Huntington Heritage Days Rodeo. Bids must be submitted by 4:00pm September 10, 2025 at Huntington City Hall, 20 S Main, Huntington, Utah 84528 or they may be submitted by email to huntington.utah@gmail.com or recorder@huntingtonut.com. If contract is emailed, please make sure it is received. The bid will be awarded at the September 17, 2025 City Council meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Huntington City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
