Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2025 which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed amendment concerning Chapter 6 Commercial Zones 10-6-1 Uses. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.

The Petitioner has proposed that the property be rezoned from A-1 zone to RE-30 zone. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.
