SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF MONROE CITY ORDINANCE 8 01 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 26, 2025, the Mayor and City Council of Monroe adopted Ordinance 8 01 2025, an Ordinance amending Monroe City 'Land Use' Title 13.3.0 Definition 'Family Food or Recreation Production' Capping the number of pigs/hogs allowed per property parcel.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at Monroe City Office, www.pmn.utah.gov and www.monroeut.gov(city website) this 28th day of August 2025.
