PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing to receive input on a General Plan Amendment Application to
change the land use map designation on property located at approximately 705 W.
Forest Street (Parcel No. 03-113-0094) from Greenspace to Office/Light Industrial
on approximately 0.78 acres. The request is to expand Big J Milling.
The public hearing will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the
Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah.
Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting
the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435)734-6604.
Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
