NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North
State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
To review and consider a recommendation to the Lindon City Council for approval of a development agreement for the properties located at 231 S. 800 W., 345 S. 800 W., 338
S. 670 W., to construct four office/warehouse buildings and modify by agreement specific development specifications. Application is made by Troy Dana.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comments regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting
