SEPTEMBER 2025 AURORA CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday September 2, 2025, the Aurora City Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting. The meeting will be held at the Aurora City Offices, 20 S. 120 E. in Aurora, UT at 7:00 pm. The Planning Commission meeting agenda is as follows: 1- Expression of Choice: Clint Johnson 2- Pledge of Allegiance 3- Welcome- Roll call and statement of notice given 4- Review and motion to approve the minutes of the August 5, 2025 meeting. 5- Review of any new building permits 6- Review of items from the Aurora City Council - Bryan Sprague 7- Open meetings training - Shay Morrison 8- Review of Resolution to create an Aurora Youth Council 9- Begin work on General Plan 10- Consider any other business from the general public 11- Expression of Choice: Nancy Kennedy Dated this 28th day of August 2025 ________ Clint Johnson, Recorder In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, individuals needed special accommodations during this meeting should contact Clint Johnson at 529-7643 at least two days prior to the meeting.
