Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone, for parcel 7004-A-1-D-NC to zones RA-1 (Residential Agricultural, 1-acre minimum lot size), RA 2.5 Residential Agricultural 2.5-acre minimum lot size) and RA 5 (Residential Agricultural 5-acre minimum lot size). The property has been trisected by Holt Canyon Road and Bench Road, which the applicant has dedicated to Washington County. The 3 lots created by the roadways will be brought into zoning compliance through this application. A record of survey will accompany the application with relevant notes specific to lot requirements. The approximate location of the property under review is the intersection of E Bench Road and N Holt Canyon Road in Enterprise, Utah. The applicant is Dean Terry. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, September 09, 2025, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
