- Notice of Intent to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of Honeyville City's intent to prepare or amend the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for culinary water. The geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire City limits.
