- The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-17, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17 'Zoning Regulations', Chapter 17.81 'Master Planned Community (MPC) Zone', Sections 17.81.070 'Streets, Circulation and Parking', Chapter 17.88 'Planned Unit Developments', Section 17.88.080 'Streets, Circulation and Parking', 17.88.120 'Preliminary PUD Plan Approval' and Chapter 16.16 'General Requirements for all Subdivisions', Section 16.16.030 'Street Layout Standards'.
