- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-18, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 5 'Business Licenses and Regulations', Chapter 5.22 'Mobile Food Trucks', Section 5.22.020 'General Provisions'.
