- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR AUDIT SERVICES Proposals must be submitted in person, by mail, or by email: Box Elder Mosquito Abatement District 115 South 1050 West, Brigham City, Utah 84302 (435)723-3700 director@boxeldermosquito.gov By 3:00 PM, September 22, 2025 Box Elder Mosquito Abatement District is seeking requests for proposals for the purpose of entering into a five-year contract with a qualified CPA firm to conduct an annual financial audit as required by Utah State Law. The RFP Proposal Form contains all necessary information and instructions for submission. The form is available by request at the above physical address or email address. All proposals must be received at the District office by 3:00 PM, Monday, September 22, 2025.
