Description/Agenda: Spanish Fork City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to perform a Reconnaissance-Level Survey (RLS) of approximately 400 historic-age properties located within the city's historic core. The purpose of this survey is to identify and evaluate properties potentially eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and to assist in community preservation planning. This project is funded by a Certified Local Government (CLG) grant administered by the Utah State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and must comply with the RLS guidelines (June 2025) and the Secretary of the Interior's Standards, plus 36 CFR 61 qualification standards.
