Public Notice is hereby given that the following question will appear on the November 4, 2025, ballot for Summit County voters within the defined area of West Hills:
Shall the area described as West Hills be incorporated as the town of West Hills?
Arguments For and Against: An eligible voter wishing to prepare a written argument for or against this incorporation ballot question for inclusion in the Voter Information Pamphlet must file a request to prepare the argument with the County Clerk. The request must include the voter(s) name, the position they wish to take on the proposition, who they represent, a description of their eligibility and their contact information. The request must be in writing and submitted in person at 60 N. Main St., Coalville, UT 84017, by mail to P.O. Box 128, Coalville, UT 84017, or by email to elections@summitcountyutah.gov and must be received before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
Utah Code Ann. ยง 20A-7-402 governs the Voter Information Pamphlet process.
