Notice of Public Hearing
The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone, for parcel 7004-A-4-NC to the A-10 (Agricultural 10-acre minimum lot size) zone. The applicant is proposing a boundary line adjustment to support the zone change which will reconfigure the above parcel and two other parcels which are 7006-A-1-NC and 7006-A-5-B-NC. The parcels 7006-A-1-NC and 7006-A-5-B-NC will be combined and reconfigured with a portion of parcel 7004-A-4-NC, and will remain in the A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone. The approximate location of the properties under review is 2925 E Juniper Road, Enterprise, UT 84725. The applicant is Don Wallace.
The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, September 09, 2025, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111
