Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Historic Committee plans to meet as a quorum for a tour of The Utah State Archives and Records Service. They will meet at The Utah State Archives, located at 346 South Rio Grande St., Salt Lake City, Utah. This work meeting will take place on Thursday, August 28th, 2025 from 10-11:30am.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the Culture Manager at 801-944-7040/7021 or aeatchel@ch.utah.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members can hear.
Other Information: If you would like to submit written comments on any agenda item they should be received no later than one day before the meeting, by noon. Comments can be emailed to aeatchel@ch.utah.gov.
