1. Call to Order and Roll Call (President or Acting President)
a. Recognize City Council, Mayor, and or other public officials if present.
2. Approval of Minutes and Agenda (President or Acting President)

6. Workshop discussion regarding support of Nibley City Council & City Staff, communication, and reports.

park impact fee agreements, considering opportunities and established Parks and Recreation Master
plans. Discussion and consideration of recommendations for Planning and Zoning and City Council (Levi

9. Indoor Recreation Feasibility Study Project Status discussion and considerations: including but not limited
to a new approach moving forward (approved by City Council), market study reports, survey results from the Cache
County study, stakeholders. Next steps and timelines, focus groups and outreach to other communities through
public officials (including candidates), citizens, and special interest groups. Site selection political challenges. (Chad

10. Discussion of any additional insights or suggestions regarding unauthorized and prohibited use of City
sidewalks, trails and parks by a variety of motorized vehicles resulting in damage and public safety

11. Discussion of any additional insights or suggestions regarding issues with dogs and dog owners in parks

12. Committee member reports: community/public official interaction regarding Parks and Recreation and or

13. Discussion and Consideration: of action items, assignments moving forward (President or Acting

14. Next meeting will be Sept 24th (Wed) the following meeting will be Oct 22nd (Wed)

1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive
verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the
meeting, starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment
period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record.
Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record
for the meeting if received prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation
of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order
