Public Notice of Hearing on Annexation Policy Plan for Cedar Fort, Utah Notice is hereby given that Cedar Fort Town will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2025, at 475 S 100 E, Cedar Fort, Utah 84013 at 6:30 pm to consider the adoption of an Annexation Policy Plan in accordance with Utah Code § 10-2-401.5. The purpose of the Annexation Policy Plan is to guide future growth and development, outline areas that can petition for annexation (if so desired), and address the needs and priorities of the Town of Cedar Fort. Plan Overview: The purposed Annexation Plan: Identifies areas that can petition for annexation (if so desired); Provides a framework for managing growth and public services in alignment with the Town's vision; Outlines how annexations could contribute to the welfare and orderly development of the area; A map of the area(s) being considered as the Annexation Declaration Area (shown below on page 2). Public Participation: Residents and stakeholders are invited to attend the public hearing and provide input on the proposed annexation plan. Comments will be accepted in person during the hearing or in writing prior to the meeting. Written comments may be submitted to 50 East Center Street, Cedar Fort, UT 84013 or mayor@cedarfort.gov and must be received by September 10, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Further Information: A copy of the proposed Annexation Policy Plan is available for public inspection at the Cedar Fort Town Hall and on the official website at www.cedarfort.gov.
