- Pursuant to the Utah Code, notice is given that a recreation, arts, and park tax proposition will appear on the ballot for the general election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 for Provo City. The proposition seeks voter approval for the continuation of a recreation, arts, and park tax to fund local projects and initiatives. Eligible voters residing within the jurisdiction of Provo City are encouraged to participate in this election. PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing regarding the recreation, arts, and park tax proposition will be held within 45 days of the election but not closer than 4 days to the election. The exact date, time, and location of the hearing will be announced in a subsequent notice. Notice of the public hearing will be published at least seven days prior to the hearing date, in accordance with statute. SUBMISSION OF ARGUMENTS Arguments for or against the recreation, arts, and park tax proposition must be submitted in writing no later than 65 days before the election to the Provo City Recorder.
