NOTICE OF ANNABELLA TOWN PUBLIC HEARING:
PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE ANNABELLA TOWN SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND LAND MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Annabella, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a public hearing to be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 in the Town Council Chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, UT.
The purpose of the public hearing is to gather input from residents and interested parties regarding proposed changes to the following ordinances:
- Ordinance 2024-02 Subdivision Ordinance
- Ordinance 2025-01 Land Management and Construction Standards
These proposed changes are intended to clarify and update existing regulations.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide comments.
Written comments may be submitted in advance to the Annabella Town Clerk at clerk@annabellatown.gov or delivered in person to the Town Office. If you require accommodations to participate in the hearing, please contact the Town Clerk at least 48 hours in advance.
