- Notice is hereby given that Emery County Board of Equalization meetings will be held, by appointment ONLY on the following dates and times: August 26, 2025 beginning at 2:00pm August 27, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. August 28, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. September 3, 2025 beginning at 11:00 a.m. September 4, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. September 8, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. September 9, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. September 10, 2025 beginning at 2:00p.m. September 11, 2025 beginning at 2:00 p.m. September 15, 2025 beginning at 2:00 p.m. September 16, 2025 beginning at 9:00a.m. BOE Meetings are not open to the general public and are held by appointment only once a complete application has been received and reviewed for completion by the Emery County Clerk/Auditor. To schedule a BOE appointment and receive an application please contact the Emery County Clerk/Auditor Additional meeting dates will be scheduled on an as needed basis and posted to the PNW. No meeting minutes or audio recordings will be posted, as BOE appointments are not open to the public. Any adjustment made in accordance with BOE appointment shall be approved in an open public meeting (Commission Meeting) before being considered final.
