- Notice is hereby given The mayor and city council of Helper City, A municipal corporation will hold a special meeting On the 26th day of August. At the Helper City Hall, 58 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 5:00 pm. REVISED Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION CANVASS. Authorization for the City Council and City Recorder to serve as the Board of Canvassers and approve the 2025 Primary Election results. Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing recorder@helpercity.gov. I, Traci Bishop, Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 26th day of August 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling (435) 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
