Description/Agenda

The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces two public hearings to be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025 in the Council Chambers of the North Logan City Offices at 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, UT, beginning at 6:30 PM. During this meeting a public hearing will be held for each of the following agenda items: 1. PUBLIC HEARING - SUB-2025-01 - Sage Hills Phase 2 Subdivision - Review and action regarding the Sage Hills Phase 2 Preliminary Plat and Subdivision Improvement Plans. This proposed phase of development includes 14 additional single-family lots in the R-1-12 zone (Parcel IDs: 04-061-0044, 04-061-0077, 04-061-0078) (~ 650 E 2330 N). 2. PUBLIC HEARING - ZTA-2025-01 (2025 General Plan Implementation Amendments): Public Hearing regarding draft zoning text amendments intended to implement the goals and strategies outlined in the 2025 General Plan and City Center Master Plan. Specifically, the Planning Commission seeks public input on the draft amendments contained within NLMC Section 12C (Zoning) along with the draft City Center Form Based Code (FBC). No formal action will be taken by the Planning Commission following the Public Hearing. Multiple packets of proposed text amendments are anticipated to NLMC Section 12 (Land Use). Additional public hearings will be scheduled and held over the next few months regarding the various amendment packets prior to any formal recommendation being made by the Planning Commission to the City Council.
