NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO AMEND THE FARMINGTON CITY GENERAL PLAN AND PARKS MASTER PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That on Tuesday September 02, 2025 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as business permits at Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street; the Farmington City Council will hold public hearings to receive public comment on the following:
Farmington City's intent to Consider a comprehensive amendment to the General Plan.
Affected entities are invited to provide information for the municipality to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the general plan amendment concerning:
(i) impacts that the use of land proposed in the proposed general plan or amendment may have; and
(ii) uses of land within the municipality that the affected entity is considering that may conflict with the proposed general plan or amendment
AS WELL AS:
Farmington City's intent to consider an amendment to Parks and Recreation element of the General Plan.
Affected entities are invited to provide information for the municipality to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the Parks and Recreation element of the general plan amendment concerning:
(i) impacts that the use of land proposed in the proposed general plan or amendment may have; and
(ii) uses of land within the municipality that the affected entity is considering that may conflict with the proposed general plan or amendment
