NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That on Tuesday September 02, 2025 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as business permits at Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street; the Farmington City Council will hold public hearings to receive public comment on the following:
Rezone of approximately 6 acres of property from the B and C-R zoning districts to the CRT (Commercial Recreation Transition) zoning district, concept site plan, and schematic subdivision review. Also, the applicant is seeking approval to vacate the 200 West Public Right of Way between 600 N & 400 N., for use as a private street. The property is located at approximately 410 North 200 West. Applicant is Logan Hammer on behalf of property owner Lagoon Investment Company LC.
