NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at the City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a public roadway located south of George Washington Boulevard and west of 3000 East Street. This roadway is a half-width road (east half) lying west of Lots 2, 3, and 4, and a small portion lying south of Lot 2, of Block 2, of the C.W. Seegmiller Survey.
