- Highland City 5400 West Civic Center Drive ~ Suite 1 Highland, UT 84003 (801) 756-5751 www.highlandut.gov NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on September 2, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr., Highland, UT, to consider and receive comments regarding the following: - Highland City is considering amending its fence regulations for fences adjacent to open space areas and trail corridors. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
