PUBLIC HEARING - Cedar City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider a Road Vacation in the vicinity of 900 North 3700 West. 2. Consider a General Plan from Highway Regional Commercial to Central Commercial in the vicinity of 1110 South Main Street. 3. Consider a Zone Change from Highway Service (HS) to Central Commercial (CC) in the vicinity of 1110 South Main Street. 4. Consider a General Plan map amendment from Low Residential to Central Commercial in the vicinity of 3000 North Canyon Ranch Dr. 5. Consider a Zone Change from Master Planned Development (MPD) to Central Commercial (CC) in the vicinity of 3000 North Canyon Ranch Dr. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted August 22, 2025
