NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on September 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items:
Alpine School District Elementary 133
- Rezone approval from Agriculture to Public Facilities and Preliminary Plat and Site Plan approval of a new elementary school to be located on Parcel No. 59:034:0186, directly north of the Pinnacles residential development. Adoption of a Proposed Culinary Water Master Plan
NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANYLASIS ORDINANCE/IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT AND TO ADOPT, ENACT, OR MODIFY AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, A WRITTEN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND AN IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT FOR CULINARY WATER
- Notice is hereby given that Eagle Mountain City has prepared a revised Culinary Water Master Plan, including a summary of the Culinary Master Plan analysis, including a summary of the impact fee analysis designed to be understood by a lay person, and a proposed impact fee ordinance/impact fee enactment related to culinary water within the City. Copies of all the foregoing will be available for public review from 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, at the City Recorder's Office at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005, telephone (801) 789-6611, commencing on Thursday, August 21, 2025. They also may be viewed on the City's website at www.eaglemountain.gov, in the City Library, located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005.
