Review of minutes from August 13, 2025
1. AMENDED SUBDIVISION PLAT-SHAUNA O. DASTRUP;
Consider an amendment to lots# 10 and 11 of Quakie Haven Subdivision by moving the lot line between them. Located at 3043 West and 3023 West, Quakie Haven Road, Fishlake, Utah.
2. AMENDED SUBDIVISION PLAT-ERICK BRAVO;
Consider an amendment to combine 4-lots into 1-building lot in the New Elsinore Addition for Erick Bravo located 1294 South 400 East, Elsinore, Utah. The parcel numbers are: 3-192E-59, 3-192E-60, 3-192E-61, and 3-192E-62.
3. SHEEP VALLEY ESTATES SUBDIVISION-CLASSIC JACK REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC AND HE BAR HAY, LLC;
Consider a 7-lot major subdivision for Class Jack Real Estate Holdings, LLC and He Bar Hay, LLC, located at Sheep Valley, Fishlake, Utah.
4. PUBLIC HEARING ON THE DRAFT ON THE NEW BROOKLYN ZONE ORDINANCE.
