- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT/PLAN Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 27th, 2025 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding a proposed Preliminary Subdivision request for a single-family subdivision on the property located at 522 West Porter Lane.
