- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOOELE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2025 FROM 5:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN ROOM 180, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH. THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING IS TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON CHANGES TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATION: TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT METH TESTING SERVICES AND FEE ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. COPIES OF THE DRAFT FOR THIS REGULATION ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXAMINATION AND PUBLIC REVIEW AT THE TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH. WRITTEN COMMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD OF AUGUST 28, 2025 TO SEPTEMBER 18, 2025 UNTIL 5:00 P.M.
