Description/Agenda: I, Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder for the City of Brigham City, Box Elder County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Brigham City Council meeting held on August 21, 2025 the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Resolution 25-22 Adopts FY 2025-26 Budget - Ordinance 25-16 Amends Title 50 Regarding Customer Power Generation Facilities and Interconnection Requests - Ordinance 25-17 Amends Brigham City Code Chapter 156 Zoning to establish solar land use regulations and definitions and incorporate use categories in multiple zoning districts.
