Council Members Present: Mayor Terry Nelson, Karen Nelson, Ken Jones
Absent: Matt Jeppsen and Jared Jeppsen

The meeting was opened by Mayor Terry Nelson, with the invocation by Darla Jones.
Pledge of Allegiance - led by Mayor Terry Nelson, followed by all in attendance.
Meeting minutes held on June 18, 2025. (Approved, vote: 5-0)

Big Dog Solar - No representative attended the meeting.
Kohle Perkes - Proposed Running Race Event
Proposed a 'Last Man Standing' running race at Mantua Reservoir, featuring a 4.1-mile loop completed hourly until one runner remains. He outlined plans to coordinate with local authorities to ensure minimal disruption to existing reservoir activities. The council discussed the need for clear signage and coordination with other users, such as cyclists, to prevent congestion. Additionally, coordination with Brigham City is required for the use of Mantua Reservoir.
